Day Nine

Thank God for our sufficiency in Him; we lack nothing.

Pray for the blessing of our children’s ministry leaders and youth group leaders. May God raise up mighty servants among our youth.

Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12

Day Eight

Thank God for the gift of praising Him in melody and with instruments.

Thank Him for the joy and love music brings. Pray for our worship teams. May God use them to lead us in His praises.

Hallelujah! Sing a new song to the LORD, praising him where the godly gather together. Psalm 149:1

Day Seven

Thank God for being the all consuming Omnipotent Physician.

Pray for the lost who will come to Journey. Pray that their hearts will be softened, their eyes, be opened, that their ears hear. Pray that they will have courage to take their first steps with Jesus and have courage to follow.

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Mark 2:17

Day Six

Thank God for giving us life to experience His love.  Pray for a heart that trusts God’s promises and faithfulness.

Trust in the Lord and do good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Psalm 37:3

Thank God for the ability and encouragement to let go of the past.

Pray that God helps us to trust Him in all areas and learn that anxiousness does not honor God or help us.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6

Give thanks for our Journey Church family and ask God to help you encourage someone today.

Let us not forsake our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near. Hebrews 10:25

Thank God wants a relationship with and loves us. Have courage to ask God for boldness and help.

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16

Thank God for His blessings. Pray for God to meet every financial need for Journey’s new building.
